Excellent hotel with free parking, a seasonal outdoor pool, and friendly 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find great local spots on my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

missingWrote a review on 25 Jancleanlinessconvenient diningworn furniturenoisy bedchallenging sleep quality
The location offers easy access to numerous restaurants, making dining convenient. However, the room furniture shows significant signs of wear, affecting the overall comfort. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, the outdated furnishings and noisy bed made getting restful sleep challenging during my stay. It's a place to consider for its location but not for its accommodations.

Family with kids will love it
We had such a good time at the hotel right on the strip I mean every day was a new adventure and the kids loved the pool we had some great laughs watching them splash around and we even saw a bear just chilling by the pool one night which was both scary and kinda cool at the same time it made the whole trip lovely
It wasn't inexpensive but for what we got it was reasonable

The location was perfect for exploring attractions like Ober Gatlinburg. We enjoyed skiing and tubing, and our room was spacious and pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dogs a breeze. The staff was friendly and cute, adding to our pleasant experience.
In my wife’s opinion, the place could use better updates in common areas. We did miss having a more inviting lobby space.

missingWrote a review on 19 Junclean roomcomfortable bedeffective heaterdated decorlimited outlets
The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. It was a bit dated though—needed some upgrades. The balcony view was disappointing, just looked at a wall. I liked that the room had a heater and AC, but there weren't many outlets, which was frustrating. Overall, it did the job for a short stay, just not what you’d expect for the price.
